The wok n go in fort saskatchewan is always top knotch. Always the best food, best portions, great service. Never a bad thing to say about it.
But the last few times I've ordered using the online system thinking it was easier, only to find out, thanks to the in store staff at pickup, that you are charged a considerably larger amount by using the online system instead of just calling.
No warning, no fee or mention of this online as it baked into the price.

Today we had to wait a little longer…but we didn’t mind as the food was very good. They were extremely busy and that is a good sign. The amount of food you get and the taste is worth the extra time waiting. Keep up the good work.

I made my order online and had to pay a service fee for this. I thought by doing this I could eliminate the waiting when I got there to pick up. I arrived about 10 about 10 minutes early and when I paid I asked if my order was prepared. I was told I was early and it would be ready at 6:15. I was ok with the wait. As I stood there I watched at least 6 people who called in their orders ahead of time come in and pickup right away. My order wasn’t even being prepared yet. So by 6:30 I asked if I was forgotten about. I was told that the chop suey was being made at that time. Now, the whole reason I ordered online was to avoid the long wait time when picking up. I also know that the phones are extremely busy and thought it helped by doing my order online. Needless to say I will not be ordering online again and right now I’m not sure if just walking in and ordering is just as fast as even ordering by phone.

Yesterday for dinner I placed a delivery order for the Family meal for 2. I had 2 issues with the food we received. The sweet and sour pork dish was not eatable. The pork pieces were as hard as rocks and it left a bad taste in our mouths that tasted like metal. Threw it in the garbage. Secondly, the beef dish was very tasty and we enjoy crunchy vegetables but the broccoli and carrot pieces were virtually raw, uncooked. I don't know what happened to the pork dish and perhaps the beef dish was rushed and not cooked long enough. Perhaps you were rushed to put out orders as it was the dinner rush time. Your reviews are very good and so we gave you a try. Turmed out to be very dissapointed.
